ServiceValue GmbH, DIE WELT and Goethe University Frankfurt am Main name this year’s winners of Germany’s most prestigious customer satisfaction award
REMONDIS has been named “Services Champion” in the waste management sector for the second year running. This annual award reflects the results of an independent customer survey and was presented by ServiceValue GmbH in collaboration with DIE WELT newspaper and Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main for the first time in 2010. The “Services Champion” is Germany’s most prestigious seal of quality for customer satisfaction.
This year’s in-depth customer satisfaction survey involved over 1.5 million participants and 1,989 companies from a total of 232 different industries. The assessment, which is based on a valid and scientifically robust system, only takes the appraisal of customers into account who have had first-hand experience of working with one of the service providers. The ranking takes the opinions and experiences of both existing and former customers into account who had had direct contact to the company they were assessing at some stage over the previous 36 months. The number of satisfied participants was then expressed as a percentage. At no stage, therefore, could the companies providing the services influence the results.
Herwart Wilms, managing director of REMONDIS Assets & Services GmbH & Co. KG, was once again really pleased to see the company receive this award: “We were delighted to learn that our customers have named REMONDIS “Services Champion” in the waste management sector for the second year running. It is essential to provide high quality services if our customers are to remain satisfied and our business a success. We see this award, therefore, not only as praise for our employees, who give their all every day, but also as a validation of our services and an incentive for the future.”
