A perfect storm

The circular economy is facing ever greater staffing problems. While skills shortages mean staff scheduling is already a difficult balancing act, there is a very real risk that the whole system will collapse in the future, for example during the holiday periods or when the next wave of sickness hits businesses. Essential services may be jeopardised – if we don’t take measures to counteract this development.
